I'm having an issue with the DS708. Registration problem!

    I registered the DS708 but every time I start up the scanner, a window appears every time. I tried to register the product again on the maxidas website but it tells me the product has already been registered. Window still appears every 30 seconds I start up the scanner. So frustrating because it is wasting my time when I want to use the machine right away. Help or suggestions anyone?? Thanks

    Hi rigid-auto try this connect it to the internet land cable hit update wait for the authorization message hit ok do all your updates and see if it fix your problem i had seen your problem many times this is how i fixed it hope this helps and let me know how it went.

    Im having problem with registration I did register when I first got it but now it said that my registration email and pass word do not exist what can i do
